Q: Are all your sneakers and items authentic?

A: Royalty AU only stock 100% authentic products. Each and every item is carefully authenticated after undergoing a series of checks before being listed on the site and dispatched to our customers.   

In the unlikely situation where any item sold by Royalty AU is deemed inauthentic, a full refund including all shipping costs incurred will be provided immediately.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Please refer to our sizing chart for all brands here. Please consider that sizing may vary slightly between brands and styles. If you are unsure what size to order or how an item may fit, please contact us and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Q: How are your prices determined?

A: We understand that limited and exclusive sneakers are apart of a fluid market which experiences constant changes in market value. Many of our items we stock are high commodity items, usually selling out within minutes or even seconds from retailers. Majority of our products are sold on a consignment basis! Meaning consigners set their prices, however Royalty AU provides advice to our trusted consigners on how to price their items, however we ensure that at Royalty AU, you get the best possible prices in such a competitive market. We ensure our prices are based of market value and continually try to get the best possible price for our customers. At the end of the day, We are sneakerheads too, our goal is to provide a customer experience like no other, as we would love ourselves.

Q: Are GS shoes Womens?

A: Nike creates mass releases in GS Sizes, meaning Grade-School, being manufactured in youth sizing. However Nike tends to release mass womens colourways and essentially targets their youth shoes for women. There are very minor differences between them and the standard womens pair.
